from around £1,500
Fresh turf laid on a properly prepared base, or borders set out, supplied and planted to suit your soil and light. Quick to change how the whole garden reads, and priced by area, access and how much ground preparation the plot needs.
Paving, patios & walling
from around £6,000
An Indian-sandstone or porcelain terrace, or a run of retaining or feature walling, bedded and laid to falls on a proper sub-base. Cost is driven mainly by the stone you choose and how much groundwork the base needs underneath.
Structures, lighting & kitchen gardens
from around £8,000
A pergola, steps and feature elements, integral garden or driveway lighting, or raised beds and a fruit cage — built square, level and weathertight. Priced by size, structure and materials, with an accredited electrician coordinated for any connections.
Full design & build
from around £25,000
Levels, drainage, hard landscaping, lighting, lawns and planting designed and built as one scheme — really several jobs in one, usually over several weeks. The widest range; we break the quote down clearly so you can see where the money goes and phase it if you'd like.
What moves the price

- Ground conditions — levels, slope, drainage and what's underneath the surface.
- The materials you choose, especially for paving, walling, structures and lighting.
- Access to the garden for machinery and for taking waste away.
